The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain proposals from qualified nonprofit organizations to operate a Homeless Services Center. The Homeless Services Center will contain multiple programs within one (1) facility in Fort Wayne, Indiana. These programs will include Day Shelter services, Emergency Shelter Overflow, Safe Parking and Interim Shelter.
